Size chart for Sport Binders

A) If you have a smaller chest (“A cup” and “B Cup”)

Step 1: Chest Measurement Place the tape across your chest, going under your armpits and covering your nipples. Breathe normally and note the measurement.

Step 2: Lower Chest Measurement Position the ribbon or tape just below where your chest curves downward. Imagine where the bottom edge of a binder would sit. Breathe normally and record the measurement.

Determining Your Size: Add the measurements from Step 1 and Step 2, then calculate the average of the two.

Example: Measurement 1 = 88cm, Measurement 2 = 79cm

(88 + 79) / 2 = 83.5

In this case, your size would be M.

If you find yourself between two sizes, opt for the larger of the two for a comfortable fit. This measurement helps ensure a proper fit around your torso for your binder.

B) If you have a bigger chest (“C Cup” and more)

Place the tape across your chest, going under your armpits and covering your nipples. Breathe normally and note the measurement then look up the measurement in the size chart!
