Return Policy

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-premise contracts, you can ask for a withdrawal of your purchase for 14 days except for the goods that have been sealed for reasons of health or hygiene. If the package is opened but the product’s seal hasn’t been broken, you will still be able to return the product.

some important points about the return policy:

  • The withdrawal period takes effect on the day after the consumer has received the item.
  • If the last day of the withdrawal period falls during a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the withdrawal period is extended so that it also applies to the next weekday.
  • It is the consumer who must pay the return shipping if the consumer withdraws their purchase. However, if the items are faulty (a complaint is filed), we are responsible for the return shipping.
  • You might be entitled to compensation for an item’s depreciation if the consumer uses or manages the item in a way that is not necessary in order to examine it.
  • in case of any contrasts between our marketing and the product you have received, you are eligible for a full refund with no other requirement. if the marketing is different from the product, then we will change the marketing or stop selling the product altogether.
  • in case of any contrasts between our products and the minimum regulatory requirements for selling them in the EU and Sweden, you are eligible for a full refund and we will immediately stop the sale of the product and inform the previous customers who have bought the product.

You can return the product by informing us through this form, we will assess if the product is possible to be returned. if so we will give you an address that you can send the product to and will ask for your bank account to repay you if eligible.
